djPaul would you consider adding breadcrumbs to the Achievements single profiles. I’ve got tons of acheivements that I think are fun to browse thru but its a little tough to navigate back, (same goes for groups/members but..) so I made an acheivements menu for the sidebar but that is taking up my sidebar…a nice little breadcrumb nav would be nice…and since you’ve got the in, maybe also add them to the other relevant bp components…hehe.

jeje, Me, skilled coder!? :) I just opened the plugin and I remember I don’t want to use it. My request to paul still stands on adding breadcrumbs….

I’ll give it a look and see if it works. I don’t want to make the default templates too dissimilar from BP-Default.

What do you need a breadcrumb for? To get back to the directory list? On the default theme, I don’t think there’s an immediate need for a breadcrumb trail as the sub-navigation is visible. I appreciate on custom themes there might be more of an argument for this.

Yea I agree. Since on default there is the nav that has all the components. I guess I’m now so used to hijacking that nav right off the bat since I don’t think the directories and the components are needed as main nav items. I’m used to putting them all under a community dropdown or hide them altogether! And then I rely on breadcrumbs nav to navigate the site easier. I think this might all be easier with 1.3 pages for components I think breadcrumbs plugin i would then auto kick in.

    thanks for considering anyway.
