    I’ve noticed only bp_album_2010-06-26.zip and have not seen updates. Will we continue to test nightly and report problems? Is it RC level yet? Close to full release?

    We’re in the process of moving BP Album+ from the WordPress SVN to Google’s SVN because it’s a much better setup.

    Nightly builds will resume soon.

    So basicly, not close to full release. :)

    Probably not ready for full release. But the milestone you should be more concerned about is the “Data Model” freeze. Which we’re trying to finish up within the next week or so. After that milestone, every nightly build will automatically upgrade the previous build. Soon after that, a 0.1.9 install will be able to import a 0.1.7 install, because we’ll be able to write the upgrader functions.

    Thank you for update. Look forward to checking out new nightly. Where on google can we find it?

    @foxly great production here!

    When do you feel that .19 will be ready to use on a production site, I am launching a bigger site soon and album is a key feature. Should we be launching with .17 and wait another few weeks before upgrading, or will the .19 data model be ready to use on a production site?

    P.S. I agree that group albums are absolute key here in terms of usefulness. :)

    I was gonna ask why you haven’t released another stable version in such a long time, but now it’s clear to me why. You’re handling backwards compatibility and ease-of-upgrade in the true spirit of WordPress. Excellent work! =)
