hschmid reviewed the plugin BuddyPress Wiki Component:
It works for me without issues in Firefox or Google Chrome. However, in Internet Explorer 9 it does not allow me to save my document. I click on the \\\”save\\\” button and nothing happens. No reaction. Any solution?

I love it very much but came across a problem: when i add an internal link in the tinyMCE editor, e.g. “item1″ to another item: http://www.yourname.com/groups/yourgroupname/wiki/item1 it would be replaced with: ../item1 and show up as: http://www.yourname.com/groups/yourgroupname/item1 seems related to the…[Read more]

I would definitely keep an eye on Boone’s buddypress-docs plugin. As I’ve stated on Namoo, I am hoping that BPDocs will completely replace any need for bp-wiki.

@krystofo An interesting idea for a solution to this very real problem where reliance on plugins for providing the functionality necessary is both a boon and a drawback. Plugins were a great concept for WP but WP is less reliant on them, it fulfills it’s purpose satisfactorily without any whereas BP tends to need them to [...]
