Looks like your theme is missing the template hook for the button http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/1.5.3.1/bp-themes/bp-default/members/single/member-header.php#L47

Hey @matiou34. Once you’ve done that, go to Apparence->Widgets on your WP admin and you should see two widgets (one for following, one for followers). Just put them in your sidebar.

what I was able to test from your development version on BP 1.5.1, WP 3.2.1 so far:

- Show the following / followers tabs even when empty (working)
- “With this installed, single user activity […]

I can’t duplicate either. I’m using a Woo theme.

With this installed, single user activity streams only show activity for people they are following.

An idea for next version: Privacy.

Make an option for people to hide their account untill the person allows you to follow it, a bit like twitter.
