Have the Activity, Members, Groups and Forums tabs placed/down-drop from a community tab. Like sub pages.

I am looking for clear instruction on what and where to add to the sidebar.php file for the advertisement space. I have an image that I would like to insert in the 300X250 area.
Could someone help with a simplified explanation of how to add this? Do I simply add the code below to the sidebar.php file anywhere or within a specific line?

for now. Excellent theme. It’s good to know it can be modified without a lot of hassle. -

I really liked your other themes and would like to try out Citizen Kane, but I use Buddypress so I don’t have to join Facebook or Twitter. How can I download it?
