BuddyPress

Today, facebook might be something interesting for most people. In addition because of its features are complete, also because it looks simple. Therefore, I try to create a BuddyPress child theme with facebook style. There are two kinds, one is blue (I named freshbook), and the other is green (I named freshlook). The demo of freshbook theme you can see here, and for freshlook you can see here. You can also download both these themes through the demo page of each themes.

I tested the Freshlook theme, it appears that the Header logo text does not display properly. Very nice theme otherwise.

@ixian – Actually I am currently preparing a better version. But I still do not have much time to finish it. If that version is ready, I will certainly inform.

@Anom I noticed on your demo sites if you select a filter in the activity stream that does not give results the page starts to hide the left sidebar until you select a filter that shows results.

Example select the filter “Show Updates”

@anaxent – Yes, it’s also one of the problems. Actually I’ve found the solution, but I haven’t yet had time to implement it on this theme.

Looks great. Would it be possible to have a Freshbook Wide and Freshlook Wide? If the width of the middle column could be increased it would make it more appealing to readers who don’t like to scroll down often. Thanks.

do you have a facebook-like comment plugin? In your screenshot, I see that you do but I just couldn’t find it in the plugin page nor do i know what it is called.
