Just installed BP on the most recent version of WP, but can’t figure out how to give users access to create their own blogs. Can someone point me in the right direction? Also, any good plugins to manage this stuff?
Seem like you are using standard wordpress. You will need to enable the multisite mode. here is the codex page for that
