Group and member icons are broken across the site. They worked fine this afternoon before the upgrade but now they have the broken image icon in them. Any thoughts on how I can get them working again?

Thanks to Pete Mall and r-a-y! I have just upgrade my three wpmu + bp sites to 3.0 painlessly. Just want to remind other guys, the Rewrite Rule must be done otherwise the Avatars will not display correctly!
