Account username and mentions issue

    I am an admin for one of our BP communities and my username is set to tim-miner but on my profile page or anywhere the link to show mentions appears it shows an ever-changing username with a string of 2-2-2-2-2-2s following my username. My username is currently showing as @tim-miner-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2.

    Any ideas? It appears to be limited to my account only.
