My main activity is filling up quick and I would like to filter out the “Joe Smith is now friends with John Doe” and the “Joe Smith just joined Group” posts. how can I implement this, Anyone got any thoughts or ideas? i am sure it is something simple I am just complicating it of course.

Thank you mercrime for the reply, which means it is possible to do , however could you provide a more detailed form of support rather than posting a link which does half way answer the question however how can I filter out specific to my request not just all group activity and all group freindships.

i need the same direction! need to filter out group activity stream updates / posts from the site wide activity stream
