Hello I am trying to custom my theme for buddypress which I am really enjoying and wanting to see if I could get some help or guidance.
I would like to display the item nav and item header to be site wide for logged in users. I have got the code below from the members/single/home.php and it well work for when I am on the members pages but every where else like on /activity or /groups or /members it just doesn’t display any user information. What could i I do to display the current logged in users information?

I don’t think you will find an easy solution to this. The user nav is directly tied into the members component just as the groups sub nav is on the groups pages.

Try looking in to the admin bar code that shows the user nav links.
