I am testing out a site – and the people trying to create an account keep getting this message – I don’t know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!

When I tried to “create and account” I kept getting the error message that I could only use lower case letters and numbers although it pre-filled my name with appropriate caps. When I changed them all to lower case I kept getting the error message.

Sounds more like a browser problem than a plugin. Am wondering what plugin it was though?

@phylliskhare do you know what plugin? I’m having a problem where with my site where you cant register if you dont have all lower case letters and you can’t have any spaces. Which is rough since people can’t add their last name without a space. Please let me know thanks

I am having this problem right now – it seems to have recently appeared, because it was not an issue up until this week. Which plugin was the issue for you?
