My buddypress community is a subdomain (ie buddypress.mydomain.com) and when I changed the wp-config by adding define( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, 5 ); to specify that this blog is the buddypress community all the memberprofile stuff stopped working corectly. Prior to the change you could get to member profiles, gravitars were showing etc. See here for exact site: http://clients.plumsocial.com/cowpokes

And before the change up where it says logout, it used to have the gravitar and username, now it has the mystery man and a long, nonfunctional link http://clients.plumsocial.com/cowpokes/socialcowgirl/
