Opening page different than member’s page (3 posts)

    I’m very new at creating websites so I need help in very generic language. Here’s my problem. I really like how facebook works and would like my site to work similarly. One thing that facebook does really well is they have an opening page where you can register or login, then, once you’re logged in, you have your page, profile, news feed, etc. On my site, when someone logs in, the content is the same as the opening page for the site minus the registration or login information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m not quite sure how to do a bp-custom.php. I tried to follow the links that you had posted, but I couldn’t figure it out. What do you think of s2member?
