Dear Members,

I want to build several social networks on a single website. Each of these networks have nothing to do with each other. How do I go about it? I have added new sites in WP 3.0 (from super admin menu). Is it possible to make each of these new sites a separate social network?

If this is not possible, should I have multiple installations of WP in different folders? For example, example.com/network1, example.com/network2, where network1 and network2 run on different wordpress installations.

Like we’ve said in previous thread, BuddyPress is not currently network-aware. Everyone across the install will have their profile across the network(s).

Right now, if you want them completely separated, you need separate installations.
