Can anyone recommend a technique or a plugin so that i can customize the wp-login.php” screen

I’ve been using: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/dbd-login-style/ It’s not perfect, but works ok. I thought I saw another one released recently, but I can’t remember where.

I am using Theme My Login plugin and gives a login page

Theme My Login is one of the best plugin i’have ever seen:)
I really recommend.
