Hi All,

After upgrading to wordpress 3.4 and BP 1.5.2. my forums and members pages are non-functional per the attached screencap.

Any suggestions to point me in the right direction in terms of where I would find the files. Obviously the “New Topic” button in Forums is either redirecting nowhere and I need to change that and everything else I highlighted in the screencapture.

OK, better question, anybody successsfully deactivate their BBpress forums and successfully activate the buddypress sitewide for forums? I am using worpress 3.4 + Buddypress 1.5.2 and here is an example of my site from the bbpress install:

If you only want sitewide forums (not group forums as well):

In wp-admin in BuddyPress > Components, disable the “Forums” component. Go to the Pages menu in wp-admin, and if you have a page called “forums”, delete it (you don’t need it any more).
In wp-admin, go to Plugins > Add New, and search for and install and activate the “bbPress” plugin. You should see something like version 2.1 of that plugin.

Once done, you should be able to start using bbPress for sitewide forums. If you have specific questions about how to make bbPress do non-BuddyPress things, the best place to ask is on bbpress.org.
