Hello guys,

Thanks to the Buddypress documentation, I successfully edited the admin bar menu’s items (such as “Activity”, “Profile”, etc), by using this tutorial :

However, one feature is still missing : the ability to translate the submenus’ items, such as “just-me”, “favorites”, “change-avatar”, etc. That would be coherent with a global translation. It’s odd to have 90% of an url in French, and then one last expression in English, i.e.

Basically it is possible to change these submenus’ slugs by editing Buddypress’s core files, however they’d be overwritten during the next update. Thus I’m looking for a better solution, such as a plugin, or any other trick you might know about.

Hopefully we can get it into BP 1.3, but I’m not doing a patch until @johnjamesjacoby merges the 1.2 branch with trunk
