I finally got around to doing this and it seems to have switched fine. The | was converted to its ascii character, but when I saved the options again it corrected that.

This plugin breaks javascript in my wp-admin area. I cant create WP3.0 custom menu\’s as they wont drag to fix the order, and some other plugin related javascript options wont work either. If I disable this plugin they work fine :/
