It’s got a avatar issue… Imports fb avatars larger than default. Also, fb avatars profile avatar does not match bp widget avatar. Other than that, works great but had to uninstall for the previous mentioned reasons.

Just tried this plugin on a site with 4K+ user accounts & takes over a min to log in using facebook, any way of speeding this up?
-
For some reason – the Facebook login button appears on my login form on the front page of my site cep.org.au, but not on the sign in form : http://cep.org.au/wp-login.php

I had the same problem, after looking around found the answer here: http://buddypress.org/community/groups/third-party-components-plugins/forum/topic/new-fb-autoconnect-plugin-for-wpwill-it-work-with-mubp/?topic_page=2&num=15
I`m new to BuddyPress, still don`t quite understand why groups and forums are separate… this will be confusing to my users.

Update: Add the following to your wp-config.php file and it should work. define( ’BP_ENABLE_USERNAME_COMPATIBILITY_MODE’, true ); It will change the behaviour of BP such that is does use the auto-generated username rather than the full name received from Facebook. Once done, the plugin works well with BuddyPress.
-
Surprised to find it in the BP Plugins area, as it seems to bork the ability to connect to member profile & activities. Trying to work through the reason for this, after which I would definitely rate it higher as it does create a user account based on their FB authentication.
-
Amazing…a few editing required but very usefull… Facebook will become the new internet passport we can’t deny it

I think this is a great plugin, and it’s already increasing the membership of my BP/WPMU. My only concern is that users registering for the first time seem to be able to bypass the required fields on profiles (and I also seem to have one FB-created profile which just re-directs to the home page)
