Can I limit the full name string shown in the profile link on the first page to a maximum of 16 characters with add_filter function?
The link appears in my website’s main menu and more characters will break the menu.

I don’t know why, but the:
bp_has_groups(“type=random”)

returns always FALSE even if i have a couple of groups created on the site! I’m missing something… .

Is there a way I can replace the function with a valid one? Course one producing similar output.

I have this message on my http://…./members/admin/groups/my-groups/ page anf all other sub-pages:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_groups_random_selection() in .../wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/cosmicbuddy/members/single/groups/group-loop.php on line 57

Does anybody knows a solution? Or a tip?

I have installed BuddyPress for my WPMU. I just made by myself a translation for my language, but even most of it works, not all of the strings are getting localized values. for example “Random Groups”, “Find Groups” or “No Comments Yet – be the First!” or “Please Note,The fields marked as * are required [...]
