Is there a way to approve groups before they get listed in the public group list? We want to encourage users to create groups, but do not want to enable anyone to create any group without approval.

Anyone? How can I screen new sign ups before they have full access to the system? Only approved members should gain access to our community rather than anyone who signs up. Is this possible? Is there a plug-in that works on WP 3.0 and newest BP for this?

@etiviti ~ do u know if your plug-in for comments on blog post to show up on blog will work with wp 3.0? ~ OR does something need to be done to make that happen? If so, do you know what would need to change?
