or how about an easy way to add a button in the list of blogs and I can write a plugin that calls the method to add user to blog?

Hi,
How can I add an option to allow a user who is logged in to be able to join a blog? I know this utilizes Wordpress 3 network features for sites, but since I’m using Buddypress (and since I can’t get an answer on wordpress.org), I’m asking here!
