You can do this:
replace this line in activity/post-form
<option value="”>

<option class="” value=”">

What we are doing here is assigning a class of announce to the option for groups that are announce groups. After doing so you can just add a value of display none to your css for the class announce like this:

How does one use the BP_Groups_Member::get_is_admin_of( $user_id )? I mean where do do I put it in order to only list groups that user is admin or mod of.? This is a bit confusing.

I tried the manual installation and the Wordpress auto install both came up with the same error. This is indeed weird. There are no other error details. Thanks a lot for taking the time to look into this.

Hi kunalb,
I installed Buddypress Custom Posts and I have the latest version of Buddypress. Eventpress installs by upon activation i get “The plugin does not have a valid header.” How do I fix this?

Hi all,
How can I display groups that a user is an admin of. I want to add a tab to user profile called Managed Groups which will look through the groups to only display that groups that I am admin or Mod for. Anyone has an idea how to do this? Even if it is in a widget I will take it.

Sure have you considered the group document plugin? Each Shop Profile could be a group. Install the plugin and see if that can help.
