In the admin panel you can choose the network you want then on the top of the screen you have a link with ”users” search for the user and press the ”reset” link then you need to confirm the action and voila! the user reset is done.

yeh, i have the exact same problem, but only with twitter and not facebook, facebook doesn’t give errors but will not sync.

Thanks for your help, All is working well now.
Only one more question, is it normal to redirect back to create a new group after you have finished creating the group? because that is what it is doing. Thanks
