@Jeff: Thanks for the help. I deactivated all plugins, upgraded BuddyPress, and reactivated plugins. It’s working fine now.

BTW, I am trying to setup my BuddyPress home page using Appearance->Widgets but I do see only Sidebar to play with. How do I put stuff on the main page?

Hi, I upgraded BuddyPress from 1.1 to 1.2.3. After upgrade I see only blank pages. I tired both manual and automatic upgrade as per instructions from http://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/upgrading-from-10x/ but result is same. Hi,

I am fighting hard on spam registrations. I have SI captcha enabled for registrations but spam registrations somehow make their way into my system. I would appreciate if someone can share some of the popular mechanisms used to fight spam registrations with BuddyPress.
