Is there any way to to make all users except administrators unable to invite.

At the moment, no. You can turn the menu option off in the settings page, but any invite forms inserted on any page will still be shown.
In a future version I’ll add this as an option.

I was just saying if it was possible there would be no point..
With invite anyone how do i stop regular users from inviting only administrators. and not having open registration

Okay is there a way without plugins to invite users through email.
With Invite anyone can i limit who can invite users at the same time as not allowing open registration.
i am tight on time as i have a presentation today and would like to have this fixed by tonight -
