Is there a fix for the admin area problem? Im not seeing any reported items in the backend?

that code above is messed, buddypress forum keeps messing with my code?? not sure why? if you open the style.css in your theme directory you will see the code to import css files, but id suggest just add to the new code to your _inc/css/deafult.css file

First off id suggest making a child theme, more info here http://codex.buddypress.org/theme-development/building-a-buddypress-child-theme/ You can put the html code in the header.php found in your theme folder, im not sure where you want it placed exactly so you will have to trail and error untill you find the right position. Upload Failed! Error was: Unable to create directory /home/buddypress/public_html/wpmu/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/avatars/63378. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

In which file are you putting this code? this is html not css, do you have the corresponding css code in your default.css file?
