I have this aspect of the above problem regardless of theme used: Once this plugin is activated all group links are redirected to the home page.

wordpress 3.1 Multisite: Yes

I am having the same issue. But only during recent development did that ‘my blogs’ link disappear. So I will now be retracing my dozens of hours of changes to try to figure out what i might have done that triggered the erroneous state.

I tried your fix, techguy, and the invite does not send an email nor does it add the member to a hidden group.

Any one know how to place a member in a hidden group when they are not receiving the invitation??

I figured out that you have to be logged in for the invitation acceptance to work. There is no indication of that. Would be good if the login screen popped up, or a message to the effect. This sort of confusion will continue otherwise.

I need now simply to find a way to force enter the people who are not receiving the invite.
