same problem here, no solution. I’m seeing this posted over and over. search for “error saving group details”

@djpaul: this problem arises regardless of whether i’m using a default theme or a modified theme with the buddypress template pack. is there a trick i could use to identify the source of the problem… perhaps a tool to troubleshoot javascript performance with buddypress activated?

Same problem here. Reading these forums, I’m seeing a good number of fellow people in this predicament with scant direction on how to troubleshoot it.

I have the same issue running WP 3.0 and BP 1.2.5.2

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled BP without any luck. Which BP database tables should I look for to verify whether or not they’ve been created?

I should add that my PHP version is 5.2.9 and the MySQL API version is 4.1.22

I figure everyone with a similar problem just gives up. Is there any more information I can provide that would be useful for helping me troubleshoot my installation?

Perhaps there are some tables that BP should have created in my MySQL database… I don’t see any. Nor can I find any documentation on what there names would be.
