Thanks @mercime I was aware of the widget but I prefer to have the same userbase across the network. I’ve been trying to find the function you’ve mentioned in the BuddyDev forums, but unfortunately no luck…

Thanks @valuser – but I do not want to use this plugin as it requires another of 2 plugins, of which 1 is not being updated and the other is a paid plugin.

I was thinking of using http://buddydev.com/buddypress/introducing-buddypress-multi-network-plugin-create-multiple-separate-social-networks-on-a-single-buddypress-install/ but on standard install this plugin will separate users for each subsite..

I am using the plugin http://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-multi-network/ together with BP 1.6 (trunk). Would you know how to share user across the different networks (shared user table) but have separate groups, forums etc?

@billieTS I use the RSS of the activity stream and use an RSS to twitter streaming service to automatically tweet everything from your stream

I did follow these instructions. The move went fine except for my “old” activities in the stream keep on redirecting to the wrong page..

Dont think you completely understood my issue. Why can a user not send a message (text in the message field) without completing the subject (text in the subject field). Why do you state “Obviously, the subject, and message field are a required field to fill out to complete the message”.

When for example sending an email you can choose to send a message without completing the subject line…
