Hi,
I totally agree we need more options for controlling the activity stream. The column where the activity is in on testbp.org has a min-width property and if you reduce the window to that min-width, nested reply’s from 7+ just gets cut off.

I just want to agree on the confusion between user- and display names. I don’t think this will ever be crystal clear to a regular user. Like if I was to @ myself on testbp.org – not knowing about the difference between user- and displaynames – and a totally different name showed up in [...] -

Interesting redesign…
Love the simplicity of the design.
Especially the big photos in the gallery, the wall, calendar which looks like iCal and ofcause all the ajax effects.
