I've found Author Avatars List plugin. This wigdet has pretty flexible avatar display options. After some modifications Changeset 118704, maded by author bforchhammer, it now works with Buddypress. There is one bug with linking avatars to member profiles, but I believe will be solved in near future.

I've a problem with bbPress integration with WPMU. All installation steps going fine. I enter cookie integration fields, the same database, use default prefix'es, but nothing solves the problem.
