Fyi, I had a problem with setting up permalink before. I had to include index.php in the permalink and it is working now.
Also, what I am developing is an internal intranet site, so this could be the reason.
Anyway, I have no clue what to do at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am using BuddyPress Template Pack, so it should be okay, right?
