Ok but if i upload an image in media, I don’t have a problem. the only problem i have is when i upload for avatar or using bp media and uploading raw images. is there a plugin that reduce file sizes from raw images that connect to change avatar?

I think bp is astronomical, and very grateful for the team but I shouldn’t have to pay 200-500$ for a button in the change avatar page to rotate pictures when they’re not showing correctly.

@henry Yea thats true but i want the site to be user friendly as possible so i want to add a button. My question why something like this isn’t coming up on bp 1.7? @mercime they used a iphone. Another user had an issue with changing avatar, i guess its not showing up on his phone period.

Im using suffusion, I figure i could do that but the real question i should have asked is how to keep the layout in the desktop but switch it like you said in the responsive layout?

Im not a coder but is it possible to write something like if(user_login_responsive view() avatar display none? and throw it in my function.php?

Well the album plugin align my sidebar under the content so i haven’t used it. I was trying to put the before and after pics in a sidebar widget with the upload button. i wanted it to have a before slot and after only in the widget.

Well most likely its a plugin that is interfering with the activation problem. Disable all the plugins you have and try it. Try the bp default theme and see if that works. try a different theme.

I been having this problem for weeks maybe even months now which is killing me. I think it has something to do with an update they made or maybe the theme. I have tried to disable all the plugins and it don’t work. I tried to go back and use the default theme and still nothing. I hope one of the main guns can instruct us with this issues because its a big deal.
