BP 1.2.6? Are you using bp-default or child theme thereof? Any privacy plugin enabled? By default, BP’s blogs directory shows all public user blogs.

@dtclarinet If you’re using BP 1.2.6, copy header.php from bp-default theme into your child theme folder, then remove lines 84 – 102 from header.php and upload. Shouldn’t be any white screen.
EDIT- modemlooper’s advice to remove via CSS is easier

You would have to be more specific. BP version? Where is BP installed – main site or secondary blog? You’re using bp-default theme on main site and subsite?

I prepared this BP Template Pack walkthrough using the free Motion Theme which may be able to help you. Depending on the HTML structure of your WordPress theme, it could take from an hour or so.

With BP Gallery by @sbrajesh, you can enable/disable uploads from Activity stream update. You will also be then asked to associate that photo to album/s you have already created. In addition, when you create a user or a group album (if you enable it), you have the option of publishing 5 images or so to your activity […]

@jhansensd http://testbp.org/ has the default theme and your users don’t have to go to the backend to log in. As for registration, it’s the “Create an account” in same login panel on the sidebar. You can can easily create a Register Now button in your BP child theme if you prefer. Users do not install bbPress, […]

If your WP is running well in that same server, permalinks are set to other than default, and only BuddyPress plugin is activated in your install, then I would venture that you might also need to increase PHP memory limit

@pascoa341 I would recommend finding resolution at WordPress Multisite Forums https://wordpress.org/support/forum/multisite – it would involve changing URL’s within SQL file and changing some lines in .htaccess file.
