@Stas, when you say this is already available, are you talking about under /groups/*GroupName*/courseware/schedules?
This is where the only calendar tab I can find is. (Note I am using the current version on 3.1/1.2.9).

@Stas, yes, that’s the idea 🙂 If we have such a ToDo list, things are clear at a glance. plands(items added), pregress(some marks and notes), achievements(grade). Depends on how you like to develop this list, it can be as small as a bookmark, or as big as a replacement for the private message system– assgin tasks, […]

@Stas, thanks for reply! Sorry for the confusing 🙂 I’m thinking other stuffs which can solve the problem of re-producing contents but not limited to this. Courseware is Course centered, it provides tools that needed in building a school. All stuffs are represented under Groups. TodoList is, on the other side– people centered. It starts from […]

@Stas Sushkov , yes, job flow can go through private messages, but Courseware can complete its own job flow, and I think it’s better, It’s not limited to receiving tasks from teachers, it helps students organize their learning plans and tracking the process, he can mark it as “plan”, or “in process” , or “completed” or […]

@Stas Suscov, thanks for the great tool. May I suggest a feature?– about the Courseware Profile. It can be turned into a powerful school management if you developer like. If you wouldn’t go that far, then, at least allow the site admin provide the available Roles by him/herself in Plugin Option. For example, how about let the students choose…[Read more]

@stas do you have a sense of just how much more overhead it takes to send out HTML emails? I know it probably depends a lot on the kind of markup you use (and whether you use images), but do you have a sense of how much memory, bandwidth, etc would be used if you switched […]

@batmoo Thanks for the link. I will definitely check this out. @stas I personally agree with most of what’s on that page. I am not a fan of HTML email. However, at this point probably 90-95% of clients are able to view such email, so it would be nice to give them the choice. I wouldn’t implement […]

@sushkov, I just created a github, username imjjss, I don’t know how to create a group there, I tried “Watch”, “Fork”, seems not the path. The only way to make an entry is to Create an Issue, but this is not an issue, it’s a feature. I will start a topic there when I figure out how to start it.
