i resolved it by making different page of register and putting it there. But i wonder why it happened like that

i added www. ahead of my website still no luck and one more thing i updated from 5.2 php to 5.3. help

HI. thanks for your reply. i got it resolved. actually it was error caused when i forcefully deleted w3 cache plugin from ftp after a error. i reinstalled it and deleted all cache and it was gone.
