Its not just that simple. A developer would have to sit and write out a lot of code to fit your requirement. There is nothing out there plugin or code wise that will do this so if you absolutely need this functionality then I suggest posting it to the job board.

WordPress custom menu’s use static links. I am not saying it can’t be done but that would take a lot of code, and if you can not do it yourself then you may want to hire a seasoned developer to do it for you.

Be more specific. Some people have 30 plus profile fields and that would make an ugly menu if it was cluttered with all of that. A menu that size may extend past the height of the browser itself depending on how it was nested.
