Paul and Paul-Yorde are the same. Paul-Yorde is admin, Paul is subscriber or what ever basic user is on buddypress. I wanted to delete the Paul/subscriber account because that was set up only to demonstrate the process of adding a friend and what not. The 3rd user is a mystery then ;(
Yeah, it seems that maybe the function I added worked, and users can properly register now. Still not sure what to do about allowing a subscriber to delete their own profile though.

I was signed as Paul For the deletion I was attempting.
Well, the next day, I was able to log in again. However, I still am not able to run the wizard install. It still says no access privilege.
I installed the plugin in the main admin of my multi-site. I will try and deactivate all other plugins. I have tried installing on the main site, as well as subsites.
I also installed buddypress on a standard WordPress install, and it works fine. I was able to run the install wizard, settings, and the whole nine yards. It’s wonderful by the way.
