A new registered user is marked as a spammer – Please help!

    Hi,
    I have just installed the latest version of WordPress and Buddypress on my server. Changed language to Russian and added a few plugins on to Buddypress. For some reason when I tried to register an new account using my another e-mail account, the newly registered user is marked as a spammer automatically and not sent an e-mail with account activation link. I had to go into the admin section and mark as not a spammer. Does anybody know what is the issue with this please?
    Is this caused with my SI Captcha plugin by any chance?
