Activated users do not show up in Site Admin Dashboard

  • Invite Anyone seems to work. Users are invited, they sign up by clicking the link in the email, they get an activation email and are activated. After that they show up as a user in the Network Admin Dashboard but not the Site Admin Dashboard. They show up as members in the front end and can access and participate in the site even though they are not listed there. I can add them one-by-one by looking up their email address but that is quite cumbersome. I need to add them so I can change the user role for selected users.

    Is this normal behaviour or should users show up in both Dashboards? Is there anything I can do to make the process of adding them to the Site Admin Dashboard easier?
