Activation Code Issue

    Every now and then when a user signs up to my website, they get an email to click through for activation.

    From time to time, some are asked to enter an activation code on the webpage but this has the user going round in circles because they do not have an activation code.

    Is there a fix for this known issue?

    well I’m pretty sure the number is in the email at the end of the link they click. pretty sure i have manually entered it once or twice
