Hi guys!

I’ve had a problem on my buddypress over the past couple of days where users replied to an activity, the comment would appear via ajax but on refresh it would disappear.

I deactivated all my plugins and reverted to the default theme. After reactivating everything one by one I found the BuddyPress Group Email Subscription plugin to be the catalyst for this problem. Even when it is the only plugin activated (other than Buddypress) the problem still occurs.

I am running WordPress 3.0.5, Buddypress 1.2.7, child theme of Buddypress default which was developed by myself and is basically CSS changes only. No core changes to the theme or to Buddypress.

Custom settings:
Activity stream comments on forum and blog posts deactivated
Friendships deactivated

Activated plugins:
BP Nav Bar

Installed but not activated:

I hope you can find the cause of the problem! This is a very well used plugin on my community and we’ll miss it until it is fixed.
