i want to customize achivements and add an event so that member with maximium no of image uploads will be rewarded points…
how to add that. i’m new to wordpress

But you’ll need to be a reasonably competent PHP + WordPress developer to build it. It sounds like you might be better off finding a developer to build the customisation for you.
