admin bar links at bottom of browser – a bug?

I’m looking at my site (running BP 1.1) and also this site (buddypress.org) and see (in Firefox 3.5.3) that the admin bar links are at the bottom of the browser. It’s not laid out as a admin bar but just a list of the links that are in the bar. Is this a bug?

Same here in Safari… but only while in the Forums section. Looks like the forum pages are not linking to / importing the admin-bar.css file

Andy is making changes to buddypress.org including forums and documents. Should be find by tomorrow.
