    How can i allow the admin to write updates, news etc on their news feed and have all members get this information automatically, without adding everyone as friends? Also how can i allow this information to be automatically added to facebook?

    If you go to your messages and compose a new message, you have the option to send the notice to all users.

    Great that worked great, is there anyway of also adding media to these messages? And having these message automatically update on my facebook acc?

    Anything is possible but those will require code edits.
