I figure I’m just missing something obvious here, but the BP CubePoints admin page is nowhere to be found on my install.

    WP 3.1.1
    CP 3.0.1
    CP BP 1.9

When I go into the site admin, I see the “regular” CubePoints admin page – where you can set points for comments, posts and new members — but not the page to set all the different BP points — forum posts, joining groups, etc.

Here are the pages linked under “CubePoints” on the sidebar:

    cp_admin_manage
    cp_admin_config
    cp_admin_logs
    cp_admin_modules

(I added Ranks, so that’s there too).

When I look in Modules, Buddypress Integration is activated, but I can’t find the link to manage it. Any idea?

It should be under the BuddyPress Section if not you can access it directly here:

    http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cubebp-settings

I didn’t change any setting from the last plugin that I’m aware of. I’ll look into it.

edit: version 1.9.1 is up, please try that.

Thanks @xberserker. I don’t know if it was the upgrade or going to the link, but it shows up under the CubePoints sidebar menu now.

Does 1.9.1 work with Cubepoints 3.0.2 also just released?

Works fine, it was just adding another module anyway.

@josh101 Not even using that direct link?

Completely delete my plugin and install it again. Not sure what else to do. Are you running multisite? If so this on your root install or sub-install?

@josh101 Ok, I set up a test site with network turned on and my plugin doesn’t show up if network activate is turned on for my plugin. So just activate this on a blog by blog basis.

Not sure why it’s doing that. Don’t have any experience with WordPress Network..

This has worked for me when updating other plugins: http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/solution-found-buddypress-wp-31-update-plugins-broken-admin-links-gone

However it doesn’t seem to be working for cp.

    @josh101 mmm I didn’t get it.

@shaunmacrae Did you try that on CubePoints and my plugin?

I’ll set up a test site so I can try that fix out.

@xberserker: Cubepoints seems to be fine. Cubepoints Buddypress Integration does not seem to have an admin menu after WP 3.1 though. I did try the fix in the link I’ve provided by editing a few files in your plugin, but still no admin menu for Buddypress Cubepoints. Thus, I can’t edit bp cubepoint values that were all whiped out by last bp-cp update.

Disable the plugin and then activate on a site per site basis. Don’t network-wide activate it. That’s how to got josh101 to work.

Hmmm … ‘Buddypress’ can only be ‘Network Activated’ so I assumed ‘CubePoints Buddypress Integration’ would also need to be ‘Network Activated’. I assumed this because before WP 3.1, the ‘Cubepoints Buddypress Integration’ admin menu options were in the ‘Buddypress’ menu option grouping. The ‘Buddypress’ menu option grouping in 3.1 is only available under Network Settings, so in order for ‘Cubepoints Buddypress Integration’ to maintain admin links in this section it would need to be ‘Network ‘Activated’.

Either way, I have tried several times network deactivating and trying to activate on root site only, and in this case I do not get any ‘Buddypress’ or ‘Cubepoints Buddypress Integration’ admin options.

Sorry if I’m missing something obvious and thanks for your help.

this link works when I have CP single-site activated, CP-BP single-site activated, and BP network activated (only thing allowed for BP): http://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/?page=cubebp-settings

But that page can not be accessed by any menu options that I can see.

Im on wordpress 3.1.2 and buddypress Version 1.2.8 im not getting any menu items in the admin area of wordpress either for this plugin? You guys are talking about wordpress network activation; wasn’t that part of the old WPMU which has now been built with wp 3.0? network activation doesn’t exist with my current install. Am i missing something?

Still looking into why this is happening. But his is how I fixed it:

    Click on “Network Admin”
    Click on “Plugins”
Under “CubePoints Buddypress Integration” click “Network Deactivate”
    Click on “Site Admin”

    It will be under CubePoints.

Thanks for this but I don’t have the Network Admin option on my wordpress install 3.1.2. I don’t want to set up a network on the site, which would only show this option if the network was set up. Also the Site Admin menu has been replaced by the network administration section so this also is not available, all i have the Settings Menu.

mm ok, so your just running a regular wordpress install. My own site it just a normal install and it shows up ok without any tweaking … not sure what the deal is yet.

I activated the network and got the network setting under tools. Still to no avail have i managed to see the settings for your plugin.
