Any plans to integrate photo/ link and video sharing directly from activity?

    Hi guys,

    I’ve been using WPMU DEV’s Activity Stream Plus plugin for a while to allow for photo/ URL and video embedding directly into the stream through an activity update.

    This functionality is just 100% expected from users these days due to FB, twitter, G+ etc.

    Is there any plans or desire to implement something similar directly into BP core in the future?

    The WPMU version works well to a degree, but I feel that if we all chipped in we could create something that is fully integrated with BP.

    I think other folk would love this functionality as standard too?

    youtube already works maybe twitter too haven’t tested but i know its supported in regular wp with jetpack anyway.
