Assignment Created with no title :(

An assignment was accidentally created with no title, and now there is no link to it. Although it shows up in the “Assignments” list, it just says “added on June 16, 2011, 3:57 pm by xxxxxxxxxx.” with no clickable link to the assignment. How do I delete it without editing the MySql table? Thanks for your help, community!

In the courseware root folder, there’s the `courseware.php` file, edit it and change `BPSP_DEBUG` to true.
Here’s an example of that file:

I need to check why assignment was created even if the title was empty.
